摘要：
2020年10月,美国众议院司法委员会发布了一份《数字市场竞争状况调查报告》。该报告对美国数字市场的总体竞争状况及几类重要市场进行了介绍,并对脸书、谷歌、亚马逊和苹果存在的竞争问题进行了重点分析。在此基础上,还对改进竞争政策给出了很多建议。本文对这份报告的主要内容进行了介绍,并结合中国实际,对报告中一些观点的适用性进行了简要的讨论。
