<正>前交叉韧带是膝关节重要结构,损伤后可造成膝关节不稳及生物力学改变。前交叉韧带损伤很常见,前交叉韧带重建术(anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,ACLR)后可以达到良好效果,不影响患者的正常生活。但人们逐渐意识到髌股关节骨关节炎等术后并发症的发生,影响前交叉韧带重建术后患者生活质量及躯体活动,需要得到足够重视,对其发病机制的研究是预防其发生的关键。作者对相关文献进行研
