摘要：

利用2006—2013年制造业行业面板数据研究研发人员全时当量、研发经费支出、外商投资、其他技术活动经费等因素对制造业科技创新能力的影响。基于制造业整体研究表明:研发投入对不同科技创新产出成果影响不同;外商投资对制造业整体科技创新能力的影响无法确定;中国制造业技术消化吸收能力亟待加强。基于不同类型制造业研究表明:其他技术活动经费支出对劳动密集型制造业科技创新能力有负影响,而对技术密集型制造业科技创新能力影响无法确定;外商投资对资本密集型制造业科技创新能力有正影响。
