资源因素与大学技术转移绩效研究

摘要：

以2000至2004年间国内58所高校的统计数据为基础,探讨可量化的研发及技术转移资源对大学技术转移产出的影响.建立了不同类型与来源的人力、财力投入与专利申请、授权专利、专利合同和合同金额等四项技术转移产出的关系模型.分析显示,模型具有较高的解释力,总体上,资源因素对我国大学技术转移绩效具有重要的影响.
