问题解决在线学习活动设计与应用的实证研究

摘要：

问题解决是成人在线学习的有效方式。本研究遵循设计研究的思路和方法,呈现了一个问题解决在线学习活动设计与应用的全过程。通过对活动过程中形成的数据进行分析,研究得出以下结论:(1)学习者对问题解决活动设计的各项要素表示满意,学习者对协作学习技能的掌握程度影响其对学习效果的感知。(2)在知识建构的会话中,信息分享层级的会话较多,理解层级以上的知识建构会话较少,学习者对问题解决过程中的话题和成果缺乏有效提炼。(3)影响活动效果主要的外部因素可归结为问题设计、活动要素对学习过程的支持;主要的内部因素归结为小组协作的水平如冲突解决、协作技巧及其他学习者的反馈。最后,本研究根据上述结论修正了问题解决学习活动的设计方案。
