摘要
针对跨国公司中日益显现的语言多样性问题,文章综合分析了国内外最新研究成果,认为工作语言选择和管理是跨国公司面临的现实问题,跨国公司语言多样性对组织内群体间沟通、人际间沟通产生重要影响,跨国公司语言策略必须与公司经营战略相匹配。在战略性国际人力资源管理理论和组织沟通理论的基础上,构建了跨国公司语言多样性与沟通效果的分析框架,该研究框架对分析我国企业的跨国经营活动有着现实意义。
