摘要：
从合作结点间关系结构与关系质量出发,构建了基于耦合关系的技术创新网络组织绩效分析模型。在对技术创新网络的组织特性以及合作技术创新活动进行分析的基础上,提出采用松散的耦合结构、紧密的耦合政策,有利于技术创新网络组织的绩效。
