摘要：
Based on quick development of information technology and hardware device, higher vocational English teaching has put forward more requirements in modern times. This research raises the questions about what are the functions of information means and how to apply information means in higher vocational English teaching. It suggests to pay more attention on arousing students’ interest of learning English and to make the English class attractive by make full use of information means and combining traditional and modern teaching method.
