China’s 14 futures exchanges will soon bemerged with a majority axed,accordingto a circular issued by China’s StateCouncil in early August.Under the super-vision of China Securities RegulatoryCommission(CSRC),the irrational de-velopment of the futures market in Chinaover the past few years has been effec-tively put under control,the circular said.
