基于计划行为理论的低碳饮食行为意向影响因素研究

摘要
饮食消费的碳排放量约占全球碳排放量的27%,因此更多的低碳饮食行为可有效降低碳排放。而要倡导人们更多地采取低碳饮食行为,明确影响低碳饮食行为意向的因素是必要的。以计划行为理论为基础构建的低碳饮食行为意向影响模型,解释了低碳饮食知识、低碳饮食态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制与低碳饮食行为意向的关系。实证研究显示,低碳饮食知识正向预测低碳饮食态度,低碳饮食态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制都正向预测低碳饮食行为意向,其中以低碳饮食态度对行为意向的解释效应最佳,其次是知觉行为控制,最后是主观规范。该理论模型对低碳饮食行为意向有较好的解释力。
