基于元分析的管理创新与企业绩效的关系研究

摘要：

基于47个实证研究结果,利用元分析方法研究管理创新和企业绩效之间的关系,同时识别能够影响两者关系的情境因素。结果表明,管理创新和企业绩效之间的关系是正向显著的,且两者关系在很大程度上受到国家文化和行业特征等情境因素的影响。
