环境、能源、R&D与经济增长互动关系的研究

摘要：
选取了1998～2012年中国31个省市的面板数据,采用面板协整方程、PVECM模型和PVAR模型,探讨了中国环境、能源、R&D与经济增长之间的互动关系。结果表明:环境污染、能源消耗、R&D和经济增长之间存在长期的均衡关系,且短期波动偏离长期均衡的正向调整幅度为0.69%;R&D主要得益于经济发展,虽然R&D水平的提高能够在一定程度上抑制环境污染,但是其却在一定程度上刺激能源消耗;虽然,能源消耗既是经济增长的动力,也是造成环境污染的重要原因,但是其能够在一定程度上促进R&D水平的提升;环境污染具有累积效应和路径依赖的特性,且其对经济增长的贡献和对R&D的"倒逼"作用相对有限。
