摘要
The technological advances of recent years have allowed humanity to reach social and economic levels, as well as well-being, never before achieved. Connectivity and the development of systems and data processing have reached dimensions unimaginable in previous centuries, including the creation of machines and systems that resemble the functioning of the human mind, with great potential to impact life on the planet. Democracy has also received these influences, which have expanded the political scenario, the interaction between people and the State and participation, and which allow us to affirm the arrival of a new political scenario: digital democracy. Many state services have been benefited by the application of recent technological advances: the identity of people, the interaction between individuals in the state and the systematization of electoral systems. The artificial intelligence (IA), since its origins in 1943, has made significant advances in recent years, with technological processes that facilitate private and public tasks, with great benefits, but also with countless risks and difficulties, which must now be analyzed. to prevent the unfavorable consequences that its use may generate.
