摘要
In this work, the influence of the morphology of cobalt ferrite nanoparticles on the process of energy conversion of low-frequency magnetic fields in various configurations was observed. It was shown that cubic and rod-shaped nanoparticles provide a greater magneto-mechanical effect on the associated molecules of oligonucleotide duplexes than spherical nanoparticles when exposed to external magnetic fields. Moreover, rotating magnetic field provides increasing magneto-mechanical effect from rod-shaped magnetic nanoparticles, which can be explained by their rotational dynamics in fields of rotating configuration.
