摘要
We propose an all-fiber mode-locked laser that employs a nonlinear amplifying ring mirror (NALM). Dissipative soliton resonance (DSR) pulse at 1606 nm was generated by pumping an erbium-doped fiber with a length of 0.8 meters. As the pumping power increased from 163.4 mW to 186.2 mW, the DSR pulse maintained constant peak power while its width increased from 6.4 ns to 20.6 ns. The DSR mode-locked pulse output, utilizing a Sagnac filter, integrates a 2.64 m polarization-maintaining fiber (PMF) into the NALM ring. This setup achieves a free spectral range (FSR) of 2.72 nm and a central wavelength of 1601 nm. With a signal-to-noise ratio of 53.1 dB and a fundamental repetition rate of 413.8 kHz, this laser design offers a promising ultrafast seed laser solution for industrial applications, particularly in optical communications and related fields.
