Buried history. The Francoist Repression in the classrooms

Francoist repression is still an unresolved issue in our classrooms. To assess this topic, has been studied and analyzed the story of Francoist repression in the history books of the 2nd year of high school in Andalusia. A data collection sheet was prepared and was subsequently applied to the didactic units that address the Civil War, the Franco's dictatorship and the current democracy in the selected textbooks. It was found that no publisher resolves correctly the inclusion of this issue its textbooks, where numerous deficiencies have been detected on the approach to Francoist repression. Several ideas and proposals have been suggested to include it, in a real way.
