摘要
An ethnographic approach is offered to the work environment of young people employed as photographers in hotels in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The methodology is based on participant observation, the recovery of experiences and the collection of representations about work experience. The objective is to understand the circumstances in which many young people who have their first work experiences in these spaces are hired, work and end up fired. The findings show companies that, supported by legislation and lax supervision, generate precarious conditions in "zero ballast" workers, willing to change residence and undergo grueling hours, with the promise of obtaining large "commissions." They are "nothing included" workers who work in "all inclusive" hotel complexes.
