摘要
Osteomyoarticular diseases (OMD) encompass a series of disabling pathologies with a high incidence and prevalence, representing a high economic and social cost. It is essential to prevent them and modify them with lifestyle habits. Cervicalgia is today a fairly common health problem associated with the lifestyles that accompany modern times, such that approximately 50 % of the population will suffer at least one episode of cervicalgia throughout their life. Physical exercise plays an important role in patients with cervicalgia.
