摘要
This article evaluates South Korea's state practice in international law, highlighting its active engagement and compliance with global norms across various domains. Through extensive treaty participation, domestic incorporation of international norms, and active involvement in global organizations, Korea demonstrates a strong commitment to the principles of international law. Key areas explored include Korea's contributions to maritime law, climate change commitments, human rights treaties, intellectual property protection, and diplomatic dispute resolution. Korea's participation in regional cooperation mechanisms and international arbitration further reinforces its role as a proactive and reliable player in the international legal order, contributing to global stability and sustainable development.
