Design of On-body Flexible Antenna and Microwave Sensors for Smart Belt Health Care Applications

摘要
In this work, we present the concept and design of a flexible antenna and various microwave sensors for on-body wearable smart belt in healthcare applications. To ensure seamless integration with the belt and guarantee performance stability and robustness, the proposed antenna is designed considering the impact of the human body by utilizing the Body Phantom data and the effect of bending on the antenna's performance. The design and monitoring approach for various sensors, namely, the Blood Glucose level sensor, sweat sensor and Fat sensor are also discussed.
