摘要
He aim of this article is to analyze the historical construction of Indigenous Policy and Indigenous School Education in the state of Par & aacute;. The methodology consists of bibliographical and documentary research. It also consists of an excerpt from a Master's dissertation funded by the Amazon Foundation for Studies and Research in the State of Par & aacute;. The history of the EEI in Par & aacute; goes through the regulations of the Par & aacute; State Constitution and its consolidation agreements, the National Education Guidelines and Bases Law, Indigenous Teacher Training, the Par & aacute; State Education Council, the precariousness of the EEI, the Indigenous School Category and the lack of political will to fully realize the EEI in Par & aacute;. Therefore, it took place through the Indigenous Movement through the week, the letter, the meeting and the education forum of the indigenous peoples of Par & aacute;.
