摘要
While numerous research studies have demonstrated that students effectively acquire learning knowledge through hands-on learning activities, there remains a shortage of studies specifically focusing on the effectiveness of aviation-themed activities in K-12 education. This study aims to develop and implement an aviation-themed intervention that integrates hands-on and experimental learning methods to enhance students' comprehension of aviation science and aircraft construction. The participants comprised 33 students from various grades at Royal High School Na Yao in Chachoengsao province, selected through purposeful sampling techniques. The experiment lasted for 3 days, with data collected before and after the experiment using a test assessing learning achievement in aviation science and aircraft construction. The results of paired simple t-tests indicated a significant difference between pre- and posttest scores, with the mean score of the posttest being higher than that of the pretest, demonstrating an improvement in students' comprehension. This study offers empirical evidence supporting the effectiveness of hands-on aviation education interventions in K-12 settings.
