摘要：

We report a case of psoriasis-like eruptions after topical imiquimod. We demonstrated that mast cells are significantly associated with imiquimod-induced psoriasis, supporting previous reports. Based on the differences in mast cell counts, it can be inferred that the pathomechanism of imiquimod-induced psoriasis is distinct from psoriasis.
