Methodological Perspectives towards the Construction of Knowledge: Contributions from the Perspective of Joao Batista Libanio to the Studies of the Sciences of Religion and Theology

In the academic world, the challenge of research and creativity is on the minds of researchers. Technology has facilitated aspects of this reality. However, for many of them, and especially for beginners, the construction of knowledge maintains its demands. Joao Batista Libanio was a theologian who was attentive and careful and also sought to be a facilitator of this process, both in his guidance and in his writings. How can we build knowledge autonomously? He stimulated skills so that the heuristic method of knowledge could be developed. There are steps to be taken in this research process, and this is the aim of this reflection: to share the experience of the master-disciple relationship, as well as his writings, in order to enable those interested, particularly in the area of Religious Sciences and Theology, to develop their art of building knowledge. This text not only reflects but also promotes the methodological maintenance of the relationship between theory and practice in the process and art of building and sharing knowledge.
