摘要：
Methanol poisoning remains an overlooked yet critical travel-related health issue. The lack of reliable data, poor traveller awareness and diagnostic challenges continue to place travellers at risk. This article explores current challenges and offers actionable strategies for travel health practitioners to address this preventable hazard.
