Local conditional topological pressure for amenable group actions

In this article, we introduce topological pressure with sub-additive potentials with respect to an open cover conditioned by a fixed finite Borel partition for amenable group actions, and establish a local conditional variational principle for it. As an application, we obtain variational principles for upper and lower conditional metric mean dimensions with sub-additive potentials, in terms of conditional measure-theoretic entropy.
