摘要
With the high proportion and high flexibility of source load equipment connected to the distribution network, the power regulation of source load and storage has become more diversified, refined and highly standardized. Therefore, a comprehensive regulation method is needed to meet the above requirements. In this paper, an optimal scheduling method for source-grid-load-storage (SGLS) considering multiple time scales and hierarchical decoupling is proposed. Firstly, three time-scale power optimization structures of day-ahead, intra-day and realtime are established based on device control characteristics, power coupling characteristics and multi-time-scale characteristics. Then, a multi-time scale and hierarchical optimization mathematical model is established, including optimization objectives, constraints and voltage safety indexes. Finally, in order to solve the optimization model, a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm based on adaptive counter extreme distance is proposed, and the effectiveness of the method is verified by using a standard example.
