摘要
There are approximately 7 million people living with diabetes mellitus in Germany, and the number is increasing. The disease can lead to various comorbidities. Long-term and well-adapted care is therefore essential. Patient self-management is also important. The study aims to determine the current health and care situation for people over 45 in Germany. It focuses on patients with type 2 diabetes.
