摘要：
Osteoarthritis of the knee is the most common cause of disability worldwide and in severe cases often requires total knee arthroplasty (TKA). An ageing population and increasing obesity are increasing the incidence. The study compared the clinical effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of self-directed telerehabilitation after TKA with hospital-based usual rehabilitation.
