摘要
The Global Supply Chain Forum defines the supply chain as an integrated business process that brings valuable products, services, and information to consumers from source suppliers to ultimate consumers. Considering the unique characteristics of China's telecommunication operator supply chain, this paper enhances Gartner's Demand-Driven Value Network (DDVN) model by incorporating the concept of digital deployment. Consequently, we propose the Demand-Driven and Digitalized Value Network model (DDDVN), identifying key factors and indicators. Subsequently, employing a systematic methodology approach, we employ DEMATEL-ISM method to construct an influence factor model for demand-driven and digitalized value network model supply chain. This analysis enables us to understand the interrelationships between various indicators and provides insights into development stages and key factor positioning for operator network operation.
