摘要
We construct the best possible noiseless fully homomorphic encryption scheme with applications to business and industry models. The plaintext spaces cover modular integers, integers, real numbers and complex numbers. Our choice of AGCD-parameters drastically reduces the bit-sizes of secret key, public key and ciphertexts, which yields the most efficient and fastest evaluation algorithms compared with other existing fully homomorphic encryption schemes based on AGCD problem.
