摘要
Purpose-The emergence oftheCOVID-19epidemichas considerablyincreasedtheintricacyofinformation, exacerbatingthe difficultiesfirms encounterin efficientlyprocessingand understandingaccuratedata andknowledge.Consequently, the COVID-19epidemichas profoundlyexacerbatedproductionambiguityforfirms, therebydisruptingtheir regularbusinessoperationsand supplychain activities.Digitaltechnologies(DTs) areessentialtoolsforfirms toprocessandinterpretinformationandknowledge, therebyimprovingtheirresilienceagainstsupplychain interruptions. Design/methodology/approach-ThisresearchinvestigatestheeffectofdigitaltechnologiesonfirmresiliencethroughoutCOVID-19,utilizingPLS-SEMandartificialneuralnetworks(ANN)derivedfromacomprehensivesurveyof Pakistanimanufacturingfirms. Findings-Our researchassessesthe mediatingrole of supplychain integration, memory, and absorptivecapacity, aswellasthemoderatinginfluenceofinformationcomplexity.Theoutcomesdemonstratethatsupplychain integration(SCI),memory(SCM),and absorptivecapacity(SCAC)mediatedigitaltechnologies'influenceon firm resilience. Moreover, in situationswhere informationis highly complex,DTs have a greatereffect on a firm's resilience. Originality/value-The results enhanceour comprehensionand awarenessof the resilience-relatedeffects ofDTsandoffersignificantmanagementinsightsforstrengtheningfirmresilienceinthesettingoftheCOVID-19pandemic.
