摘要
This article examines South Korea's implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, emphasizing its commitment to integrating human rights within corporate governance. As a major global economy, Korea has adopted a national action plan focused on corporate accountability, mandatory human rights due diligence, and protection for whistleblowers. The article explores Korea's efforts to align corporate practices with human rights standards, highlighting strategies that could inform the UN's development of a legally binding instrument on business and human rights. Korea's approach serves as a model for both developed and developing countries, offering a practical framework for advancing human rights within the business sector.
