摘要
This study investigates the role of sustainable HRM in mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on teacher burnout and examines the HRM actions of schools during the pandemic Based on a two-wave survey of teachers in Lithuania, This study revealed that schools with more sustainable HRM were better prepared for online teaching, experienced a lower level of burnout, and increased the efficiency during the pandemic.
