This article deals with some of the cultural publications of the University of Salamanca environment edited during the early post-war period, in which Antonio Tovar (rector of the university between 1951 and 1956) played a leading role. The recovery of a part of the Generation of '98, that had been condemned to ostracism, participated in the awakening of some student community members. We will understand the role that magazines C & aacute;tedra (1942-1945), Lazarillo (1943-1944) and Trabajos y D{as (1946-1951) had in this movement through a review of the primary sources (the magazines) and cultural studies of the period.
