摘要
Objective To explore the correlation between changes in serum neurofilament light chain protein and clinical prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, combined with other clinical indicators. This article provides evidence for clinicians to effectively evaluate the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and formulate diagnosis and treatment plans. Methods We selected 202 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to different hospital from 2021 to 2022, and the clinical data of the patients were collected immediately after admission. Blood samples of the patients were collected, centrifuged, and the upper serum layer was collected and stored in the freezer at -80 degrees C. During the same period, the sera of 30 age-matched healthy subjects were collected as the control group. The serum values of light chain protein of the experimental group and control group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The Glasgow Outcome Scale of enrolled patients at 30 days of onset was recorded, and the collected data were statistically analyzed. Results After statistical treatment, systolic blood pressure, admission Glasgow coma scale score, hematoma volume, and serum light chain protein values on day 3 and day 7 were statistically significant between the groups with good prognosis and those with poor prognosis (all P < .001). Conclusion The serum light chain protein level of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than that of healthy people. The prognosis of the experimental group was correlated with the change trend of serum light chain protein.
