摘要
In this article the research of influence of structure and phase change on thermoelectric properties of PbTe doping by different mole concentration of CdSe is proposed. The research showed, that the minimum value of the lattice parameter of the emerging new phases in the PbTe matrix (at a concentration of 0.5 mol. %) has a minimum value of the specific electric conductivity and the thermoelectric power coefficient. The further increase of concentration leads to an increase in these parameters. © 2020 Federal Informational-Analytical Center of the Defense Industry. All rights reserved.
