The present review provides examples to demonstrate how Saudi organizations, academic institutes, medical and research centers, programs, and giga projects are pioneering in the following five domains: (1) aging, geroscience, and healthy longevity; (2) prevention; (3) genetics, genomics, epigenetics, precision and personalized medicine; (4) stem cell research and regenerative medicine; and (5) wellness and well-being.
