摘要
To research the supply chain coordination problem of refund and deadline for returns among fresh products enterprise, logistics distribution enterprise and consumers, the returns deadline, price, freshness, preservation and charging strategy and optimal profit in centralized and decentralized decision were discussed. It was found that the centralized decision allowed for a longer return period with profit maximization. The increasing of the returns deadline would reduce the profit of logistics distribution enterprise when the returns deadline increased to a critical value, which was not willing to provide the corresponding fresh-keeping level. A contract coordination was designed, and it was found that Pareto optimality could be achieved when the charging strategy of logistics distribution enterprises in certain conditions. By changing the coefficient of the contract, the profit of supply chain system could be distributed between fresh products enterprise and logistics distribution enterprise. © 2020, Editorial Department of CIMS.
