Synergetic management for innovation resources of high-tech products

To solve the poor coordination of innovative resource elements in high-tech product innovation, an internal and external synergy mechanism and management method of innovative resource elements were proposed. The innovative resource elements of high-tech products were classified, the correlation between internal and external resource elements was analyzed, the collaborative mode of innovative resource elements was proposed and its collaborative management process was established. A network hierarchy model for evaluating the collaborative efficiency of high-tech product resource elements was constructed, of whose collaborative efficiency was evaluated based on surveyed data, Back Propagation (BP) neural network, dimensionless method and weighted fusion calculation. The application verification showed greatly supports for the decision making of high-tech enterprises on resource input. © 2020, Editorial Department of CIMS. All right reserved.
