摘要
With the rapid development of renewable energy and the emergence of new market players, the economic dispatching mechanism aiming at minimizing cost and the strategic bidding mode based on marginal pricing are difficult to balance fairness and efficiency when the electricity supply is insufficient. Therefore, based on the basic national conditions of China’s power industry, a marginal cost comparison bidding mode with deep fusion marginal pricing and economic dispatching is proposed. From the four aspects of ensuring power supply, improving market economic efficiency, reducing market risks, and promoting market fairness, the potential application value of the bidding mode in the construction of China’s electricity market is discussed. Finally, based on the simulation platform of the electricity market, the effectiveness of the marginal cost comparison bidding mode is verified. © 2024 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
