摘要
In this study, sulfonated polysulfone (SPSf)-polyether sulfone (PES) hollow fiber ultrafiltration blend membranes were prepared using N-N dimethylacetamide (DMAc) as solvent, polyethylene glycol as hole-agent by dry-wet spinning method. It was researched by adding different degree of sulfonation, sulfonated polysulfone concentration. The chemical structure of sulfonated polysulfone, membrane forms and pore size distribution were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and aperture test, respectively. By ultrafiltration membrane performance test system, the influence of the blend membrane was discussed in terms of water permeation flux and rejection. It is proved that the water permeation flux is 450 L/(m2·h) and rejection rate of PEG-20000 is 95% at sulfonated degree of 10%, concentration of sulfonated polysulfone of 4%. With temperature rising, the water flux of blending membrane decreases, while the rejection ratio almost is stable; flux decline ratio of bovine serum albumin (BSA) is 10.9%, and the flux recovery ratio is 21%, which implies that the antifouling property is significantly improved relative to the antifouling property of the PES membrane. © 2016, Chengdu University of Science and Technology.
