摘要
MicroRNA是一大类非编码的小分子RNA,miR-181b是miR-181家族中四个成员之一。近年来的研究发现,miR-181b与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关,有可能作为生物标记物及干预治疗的潜在靶点。现对miR-181b在精神分裂症、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等疾病中的表达水平及其作用机制的研究进展作一综述,以帮助学者全面了解miR-181b在疾病中的作用,为疾病的临床诊疗提供新的思路和方法。
