摘要：
A two-stage installation designed for obtaining pressures of up to 20 kbar for compression of inert gases without contamination is described. The gas is first compressed down to 2 kbar in a membrane separator, and then its compression is completed up to the stipulated pressure in a multistroke intensifier. The intensifier operates without lubrication on the self-tightening seal.
