Modeling and optimization of the closed loop spray drying process in the production of chlorinated rubber

摘要
This paper discusses the modeling and optimization of the closed loop spray drying process in the production of chlorinated rubber. The closed loop spray drying process can recover the ccl4 solvent which is of great economic value. Meanwhile, it can reduce the pollution as well as the consumption of energy. The capacity of production and the efficiency of the equipment can also be improved. The diameter and the height of the tower are calculated via simulating the flying trajectory of the liquid drops in the air. The graphical-integrated method by monograph is replaced by the analytical and numerical method so as to closely approximate the developed physical model. Thus, the simulating results are evaluated.
