摘要
Based on statistical analysis of the tropical cyclone data acquired during five years (1988-1992) in the World Ocean and given as time series of events it was experimentally found that the probability model of global tropical cyclogenesis may be presented as a Poisson process model with nondependent consistent events and stable parameters of flow's intensities. Possible stochastic model type a simple Birth-and-Death process is discussed.
