摘要：
The effect of the control jet on the total-pressure profiles and on the reattachment length in bistable fluid amplifiers was examined. The total pressure profiles showed that, in addition to increased supply-jet deflection, increasing control-jet flow rates also increased the apparent rate of development of the supply jet. Possible improvements in the theoretical predictions could be made if the undeveloped portion of the deflected jet was taken in account and if a means was devised for including its asymmetrical character.
