摘要
In the operation of turboblower recycled water systems, significant problems are encountered, related to impairment of the heat transfer in the condensers due to encrustation of the internal sources of the tubes by dense deposits. Formation of salt deposits may be prevented by known methods, for example ammonia treatment, although in this case the consumption of the reagent is rather high. A better effect is obtained by using a water stabilization reagent containing the component OEDPA - oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid - one of the diphosphonic acids, with high complex-forming capacity and resistance to hydrolysis. It is shown that the use of OEDPA complexing agent as a reagent for water stabilization in recycled water systems not only permits one to clean scale from the heat transfer surface, but also to prevent scaling.
