摘要：
Estimating sea backscattering coefficients (SBCs) is important in the design of radars for detection of sea targets because the SBC will determine how much rf energy the sea reflects and, thus, how much of a problem clutter will be. A numerical model has been developed to calculate X-band sea backscatter for grazing angles up to 60 degrees and sea states up to 7.
