摘要
A description is given of the various performance requirements for tent fabrics, both general and in the area of flammability. Size of the market is outlined and current flammability legislation surveyed. Fabrics and finishes now in use are discussed and areas of opportunity are noted. Sleeping bag flammability is also briefly discussed. Test methods developed for camping products are outlined.
